Dear Devotees,

Hare Krishna!

Warmest regards and blessings of Lord Krishna on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami.

August 13th is Sri Krishna Janmashtami, the most auspicious day of the year. At New vrindavan we will be having special celebrations on the ocassion of Janmashtami which will include discourse, swing festival, Arti, entertainment, Drama, Midnight special darshan and Feast. The evening festivities will begin from 5.00pm until midnight.

Any spiritual activity performed on this day, gives 1000 times benefit. It is recommended that on this day, we engage in as much spiritual activties as possible and get the blessings of the lord for us and our family.

In fact in India, crowds of people in thousands throng to Krishna temple to get darshan and blessings of the lord.

The actual day has its special significance and thus we would like to invite all of you to join us.

REQUEST:

The most auspicious Kalash Abhishek is a once a year opportunity for devotees to offer personal service to Lord Krishna. Here are some of the prominent services that New Vrindavan dham does in a year to uplift humanity and make the world a better place:

30,000 plates of prasadam to the devotees and guests
Service to the deities, including 7 aartis, 5 bhogha offerings, flower offerings daily and making outfits for the lord and other paraphernalia required.
Taking care of Lord Krishna's cows
Maintaining the dham for the pleasure of the guests.
Preachers from New Vrindavan travel far and wide giving the sublime message of Bhagavad-Gita to help people in their lives.

The proceeds from the Kalash Abhishek goes towards making all of the above things possible.

Any offering made on the occasion of Janmashtami gives 1000 times benefit.

Please take this opportunity to offer your heart to the Lord through the Kalash Abhishek seva. You can visit our website www.newvrindaban.com to offer this service, if you would like.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND, one of our pujari's will offer the abhishek on your behalf and you will receive the prasadam and the gifts in mail.
